DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.
